3. Booking Policies
• 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Under 24 hours, a $75 cancellation fee applies.
• Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• No Refunds: All service sales, packages, and treatments are final.
