Cancellation Policy
At Mind & Body MedSpa, we value your time—and ours. Every appointment is thoughtfully prepared in advance to ensure you receive the highest level of care. When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from serving other clients.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that life happens, but any changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $75.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to secure all appointments and process any applicable cancellation fees.
SERVICES REFUND POLICY
All service sales are final. Due to the nature of our treatments and the time allocated for each client, we are unable to offer refunds on any services, including individual treatments, packages, or series—whether used or unused.
We strive to deliver exceptional results and are happy to work with you to find solutions that meet your needs.
GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards are available for purchase both in-store and online. They may be redeemed for any product or service offered at Mind & Body MedSpa.
- Gift cards must be presented at time of use.
- They are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
- All gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We take pride in offering medical-grade skincare tailored to your individual needs. If you’ve received a treatment or skincare consultation at Mind & Body MedSpa and experience an adverse reaction to a product, we accept slightly used products for return within 7 days of purchase. You will receive in-store credit toward another product or future service.
Please note:
- Returns are not accepted if you have not received a prior treatment or consultation from our team.
- We do not offer cash refunds for returned products.
ONLINE PRODUCT RETURNS
All online product sales are final.
If you’re trying a product for the first time, we encourage you to schedule a skin consultation to ensure it’s the right fit for your skin. If a product doesn’t work for you, we recommend sharing it with a friend or family member who may benefit from it, and visiting us for a personalized skincare plan moving forward.
